I’ve owned my Sovereign going on 4 years. To this day I still get in it at least 4 times a week. When I’m having a rough day at work the first thing I do when I get home is jump in the spa for a spell. If you are thinking about buying one: DO IT! You won’t regret it. Hot Spring customer service is also the best in the industry.
